PURCHASE & DELIVERY
Purchased items will be shipped within 3 business days after verification of the order has been completed. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks or have not received a confirmation email after your purchase, please contact info@playvitamin.com. Please note that playvitamin.com has the right to limit the order quantity or refuse service to any customer without prior notification.
Sales Tax is charged to those orders shipped within the state of New York. The applicable tax rate is 8.875% of the total order. Sales tax is not charged to orders shipped to states outside of New York.
RETURN POLICY
All refunds, exchanges, and problems with the product must be addressed within 7 days of receiving the item. Once we have received your request, the product must be returned within 30 days. All items must be in their original packaging, with all original tags and labels attached, in as-new condition (not worn, altered, or washed). We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item(s) does not meet this criteria. If the item is believed to be defective due to a manufacturing error, please contact us before sending it back at info@playvitamin.com. We cannot offer a refund or guarantee an exchange for this issue. playvitamin.com is not responsible for lost returns/exchanges or refunding shipping costs. All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.
